SECTION 5-20-10

   § 5-20-10  Work for which apprenticecertificate required. – No person shall engage to work as an apprentice plumber unless that personpossesses and carries on his or her person at all times while engaged acertificate of registration in full force and effect from the department oflabor and training specifying that person as an apprentice plumber or anapprentice irrigator.
