SECTION 5-20-17.1

   § 5-20-17.1  Qualifications ofjourneyperson irrigator – Application fee. – No application for a journeyperson's license shall be filed at the departmentof labor and training nor shall any applicant be permitted to take theexamination for a license as a journeyperson irrigator unless:

   (1) The application is accompanied with the nonrefundableapplication fee of seventy-five dollars ($75.00);

   (2) The applicant possesses a current apprentice certificatefor a period of one year before application for journeyperson irrigator is made.
