   § 5-20-20  Conduct of examinations. –The department of labor and training shall provide and conduct examinations atleast three (3) times each year of applicants who have had their applicationsfor a master plumber's license, master irrigator's license, or a journeypersonplumber's or journeyperson irrigator's license placed on file with thedepartment. All those examinations shall be conducted by the department withthe aid and cooperation of the state board of plumbing examiners and shall beconducted at places designated by the department within the state consistentwith the reasonable convenience of applicants.
