SECTION 5-20-30

   § 5-20-30  Administration of oaths. –The director of the department of labor and training, the administrator of thedivision of professional regulation, and any members of the state board ofplumbing examiners have power to administer oaths to witnesses at a hearingwhich the department is authorized by law to conduct and any other oathsauthorized or administered by the department.
