SECTION 5-20-36

   § 5-20-36  Injunctions. – Violations of this chapter may be enjoined upon a bill of complaint being filedin the superior court for the county in which those violations have beencommitted, by the division of professional regulation or by any association ofmaster plumbers, master irrigators or journeyperson plumbers or journeypersonirrigators, licensed master plumbers or licensed master irrigators, or by anyplumbing inspector. An injunction may be granted by the superior court after ahearing in open court against any person, firm, corporation, or associationwhich has violated any of the provisions of this chapter, without regard towhether proceedings have been or may be instituted before the state board ofplumbing examiners or whether criminal proceedings have been or may beinstituted. No ex parte restraining orders shall be issued in suits broughtpursuant to this section.
