SECTION 5-20-39

   § 5-20-39  Transfer of duties to thedepartment of labor and training. – The authority and power to regulate plumbers pursuant to the provisions of thischapter formerly within the department of health are transferred to thedepartment of labor and training. Any reference in this chapter to theauthority and power to regulate plumbers within the department of health shallnow be construed to refer to the department of labor and training unless thecontext clearly indicates otherwise.
