§ 5-20-5.1 - "Journeyperson irrigator" defined.
SECTION 5-20-5.1
§ 5-20-5.1 "Journeyperson irrigator"defined. – "Journeyperson irrigator", as used in this chapter, means a person who hasperformed all phases of a project under the supervision of a master irrigationlicensee for a period of not less than one year. Journeypersons shall not bepermitted to apply for an irrigation permit.
