SECTION 5-22-16

   § 5-22-16  Appointment of officers topreserve order at shows. – Town or city councils may also appoint constables or other proper officials, atthe expense of the licensee, to preserve order and to execute the orders of thecity or town council at any such show, and to report to the chief of police orthe city or town sergeant any violation of the law and especially any violationof § 5-22-23 that occurs during the show.
