SECTION 5-22-17

   § 5-22-17  "Building" and "show" defined.– (a) The word "building", when used in §§ 5-22-13 – 5-22-16,means and includes any theater, hall, building or rink in which a show is to begiven for which a license is required under §§ 5-22-4 – 5-22-12.

   (b) The word "show", when used in §§ 5-22-13 –5-22-17, means and includes any theatrical performance, show, exhibition,public roller skating in rinks or halls, dances and balls, wrestling, boxing orsparring matches, or exhibition, or any other entertainment, for which alicense is required under §§ 5-22-4 – 5-22-12.
