SECTION 5-22-18

   § 5-22-18  Penalty for violations. –Any person who violates any of the provisions of §§ 5-22-4 –5-22-17 and any person who knowingly permits that violation in any building,described in § 5-22-17, belonging to him or her or under his or hercontrol, shall be fined not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500), or beimprisoned not exceeding one year, or shall be punished by both the fine andimprisonment.
