SECTION 5-22-20

   § 5-22-20  Penalty for shows whereunlicensed liquors sold. – Whoever offers to view, sets up, sets on foot, maintains, or carries on atheatrical exhibition, public show, concert or dance-hall exhibition of anydescription, at which lager beer or other intoxicating liquors are sold, orexposed for sale with his or her consent, except as provided in title 3, shallbe fined not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500) or be imprisoned notexceeding six (6) months.
