SECTION 5-22-24

   § 5-22-24  Continuation of powers of boardsand bureaus of police commissioners. – Whenever by law the powers, conferred pursuant to this chapter upon city ortown councils, have been conferred upon boards or bureaus of policecommissioners in any city or town, those powers shall continue to be exercisedby those boards or bureaus of police commissioners.
