SECTION 5-22-25

   § 5-22-25  Bullfights prohibited. –It shall be unlawful for any person to promote, advertise, stage, hold, manage,conduct, participate in, engage in, or carry on any bullfight exhibition, anybloodless bullfight, contest or exhibition, or any mock bullfight or similarcontest or exhibition, whether for amusement or gain or otherwise. Any personviolating the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction, be imprisonednot exceeding one year or fined not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500), orshall be punished by both the fine and imprisonment.
