SECTION 5-24-2

   § 5-24-2  Terms and duration of licenses.– Every license issued pursuant to §§ 5-24-1 and 5-24-1.1 shall specifythe person licensed, the business licensed, the hours during which the premisesmay be opened for business, and the building or room in which the businessshall be pursued, and shall continue and be in force until the first ofDecember, unless revoked sooner for cause.
