§ 5-24-5 - Annulment of license.
SECTION 5-24-5
§ 5-24-5 Annulment of license. – In case any person licensed pursuant to §§ 5-24-1 and 5-24-1.1 isconvicted of keeping a disorderly house, the city or town council shallimmediately withdraw and annul his or her license; and he or she shall not belicensed during the two (2) years next following his or her conviction.
