§ 5-25-4 - Board – Qualifications of members.
SECTION 5-25-4
§ 5-25-4 Board – Qualifications ofmembers. – Five (5) members of the board shall:
(1) Be residents of this state and licensed to practicewithin this state for at least five (5) years prior to appointment.
(2) Be actively engaged in the practice of veterinarymedicine for at least five (5) of the seven (7) years immediately precedingtheir appointment.
