SECTION 5-26-1

   § 5-26-1  Establishment of division –Administrator. – Within the department of health there shall be a division of professionalregulation, and the director of health shall appoint an administrator of thatdivision, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 4 of title 36. Theadministrator of the division professional regulation shall act as theadministrative agent for the boards established.
