SECTION 5-26-6

   § 5-26-6  Non-discrimination in licensingor certification. – The division of professional regulation and the licensing and examining boardsestablished in this title shall administer their licensing or certificationprograms in a manner which does not violate the requirements of 29 U.S.C.§ 794, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq., and chapter 87 of title 42.
