§ 5-29-22 Misleading as to qualifications.– No person granted a certificate under this chapter shall display or use thetitle "doctor" or its synonym without the designation "podiatrist" or"podiatric medicine and surgery" and shall not mislead the public aboutprofessional qualifications to treat human ailments.
