SECTION 5-29-28

   § 5-29-28  Specification of charges. –When the board determines that action is required, or the accused requests ahearing on allegations of unprofessional conduct, a specification of charges ofunprofessional conduct against the licensee or limited registration holdershall be prepared by the board and a copy served upon the accused, togetherwith notice of the hearing. A hearing on the charges shall then be scheduledfor a hearing before the board.
