SECTION 5-29-3

   § 5-29-3  Examining committees. – The chairperson shall appoint two (2) licensed podiatrist members of the boardand one public member to serve as an examining committee for applicantsapplying for licensure as podiatrists. The examining committee for podiatristsshall recommend to the full board which shall recommend to the director,applicants for licensure to practice podiatry who meet all the requirements forlicensure set forth in this chapter, other applicable sections of the generallaws, and regulations adopted under this chapter.
