SECTION 5-29-32

   § 5-29-32  Decision of the board. –If a majority of the members of the board vote in favor of finding the accusedguilty of unprofessional conduct as specified in the charges, the board shallprepare written findings of fact and law in support of that conclusion. Theboard shall immediately transmit its findings, together with an order as to thesanction to be imposed upon the accused to the director who shall, as soon aspracticable, order appropriate action to be taken in accordance with the orderof the board. If the accused is found not guilty, the board shall immediatelyissue an order dismissing the charges.
