SECTION 5-29-37

   § 5-29-37  Grounds for discipline withouthearing. – The director may, temporarily, suspend the license of a podiatrist or limitedregistrant without a hearing if the director finds that evidence in his or herpossession indicates that a podiatrist or limited registrant continuing inpractice would constitute an immediate danger to the public. In the event thatthe director temporarily suspends the license of a podiatrist or limitedregistrant without a hearing by the board, a hearing must be held within ten(10) days after the suspension has occurred.
