SECTION 5-29-38

   § 5-29-38  Injunction of violations. –When it appears to the director and/or board that any person is violating anyof the provisions of this chapter, the director and/or board may institute anaction to enjoin the violation in a court of competent jurisdiction. The courtmay restrain and/or enjoin any person, firm, corporation or association fromviolating any of the provisions of this chapter without regard to whetherproceedings have been or may be instituted before the board or whether criminalproceedings have been or may be instituted.
