SECTION 5-29-43

   § 5-29-43  Continuation of rules andregulations. – All rules, regulations, standards, notices of violation or orders issued,adopted, modified or repealed by the board of examiners in podiatry pursuant toany of the provisions of this chapter remain in effect until subsequent actionof the director of health or board of examiners in podiatry and are enforceableby the director of health.
