SECTION 5-3.1-19

   § 5-3.1-19  Injunction against unlawfulacts. – Whenever, in the judgment of the board, any person or entity has engaged, or isabout to engage, in any acts or practices which constitute, or will constitute,a violation of this chapter, the board may make application to the superiorcourt for an order enjoining those acts or practices. Upon a showing by theboard that the person or entity has engaged, or is about to engage, in any ofthose acts or practices, an injunction, restraining order, or any other orderthat may be appropriate shall be granted by the court without bond. In anyinstance of the granting of an injunction or order by the superior court underthis section, the court shall award the board reasonable attorneys' fees.
