SECTION 5-30-10

   § 5-30-10  Issuance and registration ofcertificates. – Upon receipt of any recommendation from the board of chiropractic examiners, asprovided in §§ 5-30-6 – 5-30-8, the director of the departmentof health shall issue to the recommended person a certificate to practicechiropractic medicine or physiotherapy within this state, or certificates topractice each of them, in accordance with that recommendation. Thosecertificates shall be signed by the members of the board of chiropracticexaminers and by the director of the department of health, who shall affix theofficial seal of the department of health to the certificates. The holder of acertificate authorizing him or her to practice chiropractic medicine,immediately upon receipt of the certificate, shall cause it to be filed forregistration in the office of the clerk of the city or town in which he or sheresides, and that act shall constitute him or her a regularly registeredchiropractic physician.
