   § 5-30-12  Annual registration –Payment of fees. – Annually, during the month of October in each year, every person granted acertificate to practice chiropractic medicine shall register his or her name,address, and place of business with the division of professional regulation ofthe department of health. The division shall keep a book for that purpose, andeach person registering shall pay a fee of one hundred and seventy dollars($170) and shall receive a certificate of registration for the next succeedingfiscal year, unless the certificate of practice has been suspended or revokedfor cause, as provided in § 5-30-13. All fees for examination, forcertificate of exemption from examination, and for annual registration shall bedeposited as general revenues.
