§ 5-30-15 - Disposition of fees – Compensation of board members.
SECTION 5-30-15
§ 5-30-15 Disposition of fees –Compensation of board members. – The administrator of the division of professional regulation shall collect allfees for the division under the provisions of this chapter, and shall remitthose fees to the general treasurer monthly. Under no circumstances shall anyfee be returned. Members of the board of chiropractic examiners shall not becompensated for actual attendance at meetings of the board.
