SECTION 5-30-4

   § 5-30-4  Penalties for unauthorizedpractice. – Any person violating any of the provisions of § 5-30-3 shall be guilty ofa misdemeanor and upon conviction for a first offense shall be punished by afine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than two hundreddollars ($200), or imprisonment for three (3) months, or both the fine andimprisonment, and for a second or subsequent violation by a fine of not lessthan three hundred dollars ($300) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500), orimprisonment for one year, or both the fine and imprisonment.
