SECTION 5-30-5
§ 5-30-5 Complaints of unauthorizedpractice. – Complaints for the violation of the provisions of § 5-30-3 may be made bythe administrator of the division of professional regulation, or by anyauthorized agent, and they are exempt from giving surety for costs on anycomplaint made as stated in this section.
