   § 5-31.1-12  Specification of charges.– When the board determines, based on the report of the investigating committee,that action is required, or the accused requests a hearing on allegations ofunprofessional conduct, a specification of charges of unprofessional conductagainst the licensee or limited registration holder shall be prepared by theinvestigating committee and a copy served upon the accused, together withnotice of the hearing, as provided in § 5-31.1-13. A hearing on thecharges will then be scheduled for a hearing before the hearing committee ofthe board.
