SECTION 5-31.1-25

   § 5-31.1-25  Injunction of violations.– When it appears to the director and/or board that any person is violating anyof the provisions of this chapter the director and/or board may cause to beinstituted an action to enjoin that violation in a court of competentjurisdiction and the court may restrain, and/or enjoin any person, firm,corporation, or association from violating any of the provisions of thischapter without regard to whether proceedings have been or may be institutedbefore the board or whether criminal proceedings have been or may be instituted.
