   § 5-31.1-26  Severability. – If any provision of this chapter or any rule or regulation made under thischapter, or the application of this chapter to any person or circumstances isheld invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of thischapter, rule, or regulation, and the application of that provision to otherpersons or circumstances, is not affected.
