SECTION 5-32-1
§ 5-32-1 "Electrolysis" defined. –For the purposes of this chapter, electrolysis is defined as the method ofremoving hair from the human body by the application of an electrical currentto the hair-papilla by means of a needle or needles to cause decomposition orcoagulation of the hair-papilla and thus permanently remove the hair.
