SECTION 5-33.1-10

   § 5-33.1-10  Fines – Penalties. –(a) Any person, partnership, corporation, association or his or her or itsagents or representatives violating any of the provisions of this chapter isguilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by imprisonmentnot exceeding six (6) months, or by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars($500), or both.

   (b) Any complaints for violations or appeals follow the sameform and procedure as in chapter 33.2 of this title.
