   § 5-33.1-2  "Funeral service contract"defined. – For the purposes of this chapter a funeral service contract means a contractwhich requires the payment of money in exchange for the final disposition of adead human body, including funeral, burial, or other services, or thefurnishing of personal property or funeral merchandise in connection with thatdisposition, where the use or delivery of the services, property, ormerchandise is not immediately required.
