SECTION 5-33.2-20

   § 5-33.2-20  Restricted receipts accountsfor fees. – All the proceeds of any fees collected pursuant to the provisions of thischapter, shall be placed in a restricted receipts accounts, which is used forthe general purposes of the division of professional regulation with thedepartment of health.
