   § 5-33.2-25  Mandatory continuing educationtraining. – Every funeral director/embalmer shall be required to participate in a total offive (5) hours annually of continuing education training of which three (3)hours are mandated by annual OSHA training; provided, however, those funeraldirectors or embalmers who are sixty-five (65) years of age or older and haveforty (40) years of experience are exempt from this requirement. Said five (5)hours of annual training shall be required for renewals issued as of January 1,2008.
