SECTION 5-33.2-8

   § 5-33.2-8  Participation in burialcertificate plans. – No person who has promoted or is promoting, or has participated in or isparticipating in any scheme or plan in the nature of a burial association or aburial certificate plan, or in which there is any element of fraud shall beentitled to any license under the provisions of this chapter, and the boardshall revoke the license of any holder of a license who has engaged, directlyor indirectly in the practices enumerated in this chapter. Nothing contained inthis section shall prevent that person from performing his or her obligationsunder any contract executed prior to April 25, 1952.
