   § 5-33.2-9  Cemetery operators ineligibleto conduct business of funeral directing. – Any person or persons, association or corporation having charge of orconducting a cemetery shall not engage in the business of funeral directing. Nofuneral home will be licensed, nor be permitted to operate as a funeral home ifit is located on property owned by a cemetery, or is contiguous with cemeteryproperty.
