   § 5-34.3-11  Immunity. – No party state or the officers or employees or agents of a party state's nurselicensing board who acts in accordance with the provisions of this compactshall be liable on account of any act or omission in good faith while engagedin the performance of their duties under this compact. Good faith in thisarticle shall not include willful misconduct, gross negligence, or recklessness.
