SECTION 5-34-2

   § 5-34-2  License and registration requiredto practice nursing or use title. – It is unlawful for any person to practice or offer to practice nursing in thisstate or to use any title, sign, abbreviation, card, or device indicatingauthority to practice nursing unless that person is licensed and registeredunder the provisions of this chapter or by the compact set forth in chapter5-34.3.
