SECTION 5-34-20

   § 5-34-20  Transfer to inactive list –Reinstatement. – A nurse who does not intend to practice nursing during the two (2) year period,upon written request to the department, may have his or her name transferred toan inactive list and is not required to pay the renewal fee for as long as theinactive status is maintained. A licensee whose license has been transferred tothe inactive list may apply for reactivation according to the rules establishedby the board. Upon satisfaction of the requirements for reinstatement, thedepartment shall issue a renewal of license.
