§ 5-34-37 Application fee for certifiedregistered nurse practitioners. – The initial application fee for licensure as a certified registered nursepractitioner shall be one hundred and thirty dollars ($130). The renewal feefor a certified registered nurse practitioner shall be one hundred and thirtydollars ($130) biennially, ninety dollars ($90.00) for registered nurse feeplus forty dollars ($40.00) for the certified registered nurse practitioner.The fee for application for prescriptive privileges shall be fifty dollars($50.00).
