SECTION 5-34-38

   § 5-34-38  Right to use certifiedregistered nurse practitioner title. – Any person who holds a license to practice as a certified registered nursepractitioner in this state has the right to use the title certified registerednurse practitioner and use the abbreviation "R.N.P.". No other person mayassume that title or use that abbreviation or any other words or letters,signs, figures, or devices to indicate that the person using it is a certifiedregistered nurse practitioner.
