SECTION 5-34-40.3

   § 5-34-40.3  Application fee forpsychiatric and mental health clinical nurse specialists. – The initial application fee for licensure as a psychiatric and mental healthclinical nurse specialist shall be one hundred and thirty dollars ($130). Therenewal fee for a psychiatric and mental health clinical nurse specialist shallbe one hundred and thirty dollars ($130) biennially; ninety dollars ($90.00)for the registered nurse fee plus forty dollars ($40.00) for the psychiatricand mental health clinical nurse specialist. The fee for application forprescriptive privileges shall be fifty dollars ($50.00).
