SECTION 5-35.1-3

   § 5-35.1-3  Application for examination andlicense. – Every person desiring to be licensed to practice optometry as provided in thischapter shall file with the department, in the form prescribed by thedepartment, an application, verified by oath, presenting the facts whichentitle the applicant to a license to practice optometry under this chapter. Noone shall be permitted to practice optometry in this state without a validlicense.
