SECTION 5-35.1-6

   § 5-35.1-6  Issuance, registration, anddisplay of certificate of license to practice optometry. – Every applicant who complies with the provisions of this chapter shall receivefrom the director under his or her seal a certificate of license entitling himor her to practice optometry in this state. Every person to whom a certificateor license is issued by the department shall keep that certificate displayed ina conspicuous place in the office or place of business where that personpractices optometry and, whenever required, shall exhibit the certificate toany authorized representative of the department.
