SECTION 5-35.2-15

   § 5-35.2-15  Severability. – (a) If any provision of this chapter or of any rule or regulation made underthis chapter, or the application of this chapter to any person orcircumstances, is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, theremainder of the chapter, rule or regulation, and the application of thatprovision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected.

   (b) The invalidity of any section or sections of parts of anysection or sections of this chapter does not affect the validity of theremainder of this chapter.
